Today's market calls for many specially manufactured items. Care must
be taken to ensure details given are correct, as specially manufactured
goods will not be received back for credit by any manufacturer or agent.
Often the only arrangement that can be made is for credit to be given
subject to resale of these items. Please note this is not a very satisfactory
system for either our clients or ourselves.
A return fee is applied to all standard materials returned which are
no longer required. This is to cover the time and effort in raising,
processing and delivering the original order. In addition some agents
and manufacturers charge a return fee which we have no alternative but
to also pass on. It can in some instance be as high as 50% if goods are
accepted for return at all.
Where firms charge delivery on their goods, we in turn must pass this
charge on. It is not our policy to charge delivery in the Perth metropolitan
area.
